  • Any player born on or before August 31, 2011 who is a Braintree resident or attends school in Braintree (grade K - 8) is eligible to play.
  • Kindergarten & 1st grade teams do not hold practice during the week. On Saturdays the "micro soccer" teams have 1/2 hour of practice/drills followed by a 1/2 hour game.
  • Grades 2 - 8 generally practice once during the week at a time and location determined by the coach.
  • Games are played on Saturdays at East Middle School. Grades 7/ 8 also play at the Thayer Academy fields on Rt. 37
    High School Division:
  • If you are not playing on a high school team (freshman, JV or varsity) then you are eligible for the new BYS High School Division. Games are on Saturday mornings 9:00 - 10:30am at South Middle School. Obviously you won't know if you made the team yet so you have a few choices:
    1. Register now for BYS and if you make the HS team then we will refund you
    2. Register now but choose "check" as payment mode. If they make the HS team then email the registrar and cancel your registration. If they don't make the HS team then send in your payment.
    3. Wait until the HS teams have been chosen and register then.
  • There will NOT be a late fee for HS players.
